Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to install an app?
No. The event address opens in the browser. There is nothing to install.
Are selfies stored?
No. A selfie is used only for the search and is not saved. On the same browser, a guest can return for 30 days without taking another selfie, and can sign out at any time.
Can someone else see my photos?
By default, no. Each guest sees only the frames that include their own face.
Which cameras does it work with?
Professional cameras that can send over FTP (Canon, Nikon, Sony, and others) and phones. A Google Drive folder can also be imported after the shoot.
How long do photos stay available?
That depends on the event. We set the period with you in the quote.
